Malapo is a well-situated stopover for visitors who wish to enjoy the many interesting and scenic attractions that Mpumalanga has to offer. The waterfalls of Sabie, the historic town of Pilgrim's Rest, the wild horses of Kaapschehoop and the quaint village of Dullstroom are easily accessible trips, while the Kruger National Park and Private Game Reserves are within easy reach of the lodge.

Our guests may relax at the swimming pool or walk at leisure on the property, while savouring the peace and beauty of the gardens and the countryside so unique to our region.
Birding
The bird life is interesting with a variety of resident and migrant species. The resident Crested Barbet calls for breakfast every morning while the Double Collared Sunbirds whisk about the flowerbeds in search of nectar.
Put-put
A put-put course and play park will occupy the younger generation.
